- Design: Onboarded 4 engineers with study sessions and reviews; sold execs on ROI and cut design turnaround time to under 25% with Figma.
- Soft Skills: Led a ~6-person development team, managing progress and supporting members throughout the development process.

- Dev: Prefetched off-screen NFT ownership states to speed up the behavior of NFT ownership-verification websites with React.
- Design: Built reusable components with shadcn/ui so engineers could assemble applications faster and easier.

Projects
Trip Drop
A collaborative travel planner where friends co-create itineraries in real time. Each itinerary renders on Google Maps, allowing users to visually confirm locations as they edit. I built the entire stack myself: design, frontend, backend, database, and secure authentication and authorization.

A simple to-do list app built with React and JavaScript. It uses Firebase Realtime Database for persistent storage, lets you add, edit, and delete tasks, and supports drag-and-drop reordering with completion tracking. This project was built based on Frontend Mentor.
